The commitment to the service is remarkable in my experience. Unlike some agents who take the commission and get irresponsive, they took the responsibility of some issue i faced regarding the rental contract. On a mark, had no dewa connection in my flat for first 2 days because of ejar issue and i took a hotel room for those days and Vierra reimbursed that amount to me, which is almost 20% of the amount that they charged as commission. I consider it as a good deed and commitment to service, especially in a greedy market. Hats off to Shiekh Omar from Vierra for coordinating.
